資料簡介： 摘 要，本次設計主要是開發利用B江流域的水利資源，建設一個以發電為主，同時兼顧灌溉、供水、防洪及養殖等綜合利用的跨流域開發的水利水電樞紐工程。
在明確了建設目的并具有了建設依據和條件后設計的樞紐概況如下：B江水利樞紐復合土工膜面板堆石壩高53米，裝機6400KW，電站設計水頭174米，保證出力1461KW，裝有兩臺3200KW機組，主壩長215米左右，上游邊坡1：1.5,下游邊坡1：1.55。
復合土工膜面板堆石壩是一種新壩型，其防滲材料---復合土工膜的設計、施工、質量控制是該類壩型的技術關鍵，在本設計說明書第六章有詳細說明。
本次設計以一般為參考，堆石壩在注重各細部獨立分項設計的同時，綜合考慮了整體工程的統一性。在設計過程中既充分運用了所學知識，有廣泛參考了設計施工方面的有關書籍。當然，這都是在規范規定內作的設計，體現了科學性、規范性。關鍵詞：復合土工膜，堆石壩，面板，邊坡
