畢設基本摘要

摘要：本工程的名稱為南昌市紅谷灘新區房管局辦公樓。結構類型為框架結構，其長度為39.80m，寬度為14.1m，建筑總面積為2233.44m2，整體四層，為不上人屋面，層高為3.6m。主要結構是鋼筋混凝土階梯型獨立基礎、鋼筋混凝土矩形柱和梁以及現澆混凝土板。根據現場勘測資料以及結構計算，此設計將基礎埋置深度定為1.2m，另主要柱軸網尺寸為：6m×3.6m ，柱的截面尺寸主要為400mm×400mm和500mm×500mm0，梁的截面尺寸為240mm×600mm和240mm×400mm（其它截面尺寸詳見結構施工圖）。
立面以橫線條為主，輔以豎線條。建筑坐北朝南。建筑物組成：

總建筑面積約2000m2，層高3.6m
設計要求：
根據實用、經濟、美觀的原則，獨立進行建筑設計，并完成主要的建筑設計施工圖。造型設計應簡潔、新穎、大方。根據造型需要，可適當增加陽臺、雨棚及出屋面樓梯之類，但不得超出總建筑面積的5%。以簡單裝修為主。防火按二類二級設計。
地質條件（自上而下土層分布）：
1）、雜填土約0.5m，fk=80 kPa；     
2）、粘土層約3.0m，fk=220 kPa； Il=0.5，
3）、中粗砂層約10m，fk=250 kPa；干作業成孔灌注樁樁端極限阻力標準值：qk=2000 kPa；樁側極限阻力標準值可參照建筑樁基技術規范選用。
4）、巖層， fk=450 kPa；采用樁基時，樁端極限阻力標準值：qk=4000 kPa；樁側極限阻力標準值可參照建筑樁基技術規范選用。
地下水位見于地表以下8m處
本工程施工質量應嚴格按國家有關現行規范規程和規定執行，全部單位工程合格。
2011年8月1日破土動工，計劃總工期六個月，2011年12月11日竣工驗收，2012年1月1日交付使用。
本工程所采用的材料砼：
梁、板C30，柱C30，基礎C30，基礎墊層C10.
鋼筋：φ—I級鋼筋   —Ⅱ級鋼筋

     Design requirements:
