摘要：通過本工程實例展現了工程量清單計價模式的全過程。同時依據《建設工程工程量清單計價規范》和《浙江省建筑工程預算定額》，結合最新材料市場價和工程具體實際情況，運用計價軟件計算完成別墅工程量清單編制，并再次核實工程量、合理選擇工料單價，按規范取費，使建設工程預算更為準確接近實際工程項目造價，在具體預算清單基礎上合理進行技術經濟分析，從而有效控制工程造價。綜合分析得出工程量清單計價模式是一種真正和市場經濟體制相適應的投標報價模式,也是未來發展的必然趨勢。

Abstract: This project example fully presents the entire process of the engineering inventory valuation model. In the meanwhile, based on Code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works (2008 version) and Zhejiang Scale Construction Budget (2003 version), combining the latest material market price and the detailed and practical situation of the project, we have finished the engineering inventory of Tong Ren Shan Zhuang villa c apartment. Though accurate engineering verifying again, we choose quantity price and take rates rationally according to the standard, and at last we get the engineering inventory more consistent with the actual project cost, in terms of a reasonable budget based on a list of technical economic analysis, so as to effectively control the cost of investment companies, to maximize the benefits. When summarizing and analyzing the example of this project, we come to the conclusion that the engineering inventory valuation model is one kind of bidding mode which is really fit with marketing economy system, and it is also the inevitable trend of future development.
